Coming up on Main Menu

We have another two hour Main Menu this week with focus on GW Micro presentations plus a very exciting announcement. Here is the line up:

* What is new with Window-Eyes 5.5 and the up and coming 6.0 release.

* GW Micro released the Small-Talk Ultra. We let you hear all about this exciting portable computer.

* We have very exciting news on the Google front and their implementation of audio CAPTCHA. We give you the latest information and demonstrate the creation of a Google Account using audio CAPTCHA.

Main Menu can be heard at 1 universal on Wednesday, which is 9:00 Eastern, 6:00 Pacific on Tuesday evening.

Google confirms Audio CAPTCHA will be a reality

A Google representative confirms that by the end of April of 2006 that audio CAPTCHA will be implemented.

Google is hiring

According to a contact at Google they are hiring at least two software engineers to focus on accessibility. This is great news. If you are a strong software developer and want to make a difference at Google in the area of accessibility, then apply.
