To download any of the software on this page, simply choose the link for the file you want. Your browser will ask you if you want to open the file or save it to disk. You should save the file to disk, which is the default. Take note of the folder in which your downloaded files will be saved. If you are using Internet Explorer and have not specified an alternative download folder, this will be your desktop. When the download is over, simply run the programme you've received by locating it on your desktop, using Windows Explorer, or the My Computer utility and press enter to begin the installation, and follow the instructions carefully. Note that by downloading a file, you have not installed a programme, you have simply downloaded the software that will install it for you once run.
For Windows 95, 98, Millennium, NT, 2000 and XP users who wish to listen to ACB Radio's live streams and on demand programming, we support and highly recommend Winamp from Nullsoft. You can also listen to ACB Radio with the free RealOne Player from Real networks. Windows 98 Second Edition, 2000, Millennium and XP users may also use Windows Media Player 9.

If you are a Linux user, you can listen to ACB Radio's content with the FreeAmp Player, available from the FreeAmp Site.
To participate free of charge in ACB Radio live call-in shows, and to chat with people around the world, you can use the Speak Freely Internet Phone software.
To participate in shows where Speak Freely is supported, simply go to the Connection Menu in Speak Freely, choose New, and connect to acbradio.selfhost.com. Please do not transmit any audio, until you hear the host acknowledge that it is your turn to talk.
ACB Radio also offers a Speak Freely Look Who's Listening server, to help you find other people to talk with. You'll often find ACB Radio staff and listeners available on this server. To be listed on this server, go to the Phone Book Menu in Speak Freely, choose Edit, and make sure the LWL host is set to acbradio.org. You can then search the server for contacts.
