Classic White Cake
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter
6 large egg whites
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup milk

1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round
pans. Set aside.
2. Stir together flour,
and salt in large bowl. Set aside.
3. Beat sugar and butter in large mixer
at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until creamy (3 to 5 minutes).
Add egg whites, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add almond
