Kelly's Lemon-Pepper Turkey Breast With Gravy


1 boneless turkey breast(whatever size fits your pot

1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tsp. parsley flakes

salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water




1. Place turkey in crock pot, add lemon juice and gravy pouch if you have it(1 extra can of soup if not) and soup. 

2. Sprinkle parsley, salt & pepper over turkey. 

3. Cover and cook on low for 7-1/2 hours. 

4. Add cornstarch & water mixture to thicken gravy and cook for 30 more minutes.
