[CnD] Macaroni and cheese with uncooked macaroni.

Two questions:  How do you measure 1 eighth of a teaspoon?  And, that's such 
a small amount, does it matter if you leave it out?  It seems like such a 
small amount that it wouldn't even be noticed.  Thanks.
