                        PINEAPPLE BAKED CHICKEN

                  4 boneless chicken breasts
                  2 tablespoons butter
                  1/2 teaspoon salt
                  1/3 teaspoon pepper
For                   GLAZE:
                  1 can (8 ounces) can drained, crushed pineapple
                  1 cup packed brown sugar
                  1/4 cup lemon juice
                  2 tablespoons prepared mustard
                  1 teaspoon soy sauce

1.	Brush chicken with butter and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
2.	                  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 
3.	Prepare glaze, mixing all                   ingredients in small
bowl. Pour glaze over chicken. Return to                   oven and bake 30
minutes more covered.
