[CnD] Hawaiian Chicken

Hawaiian Chicken
Yield:  4 Servings

1 small can (8 oz.) unsweetened pineapple slices, packed in juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)

1.	Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
Combine juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire, mustard and thyme.
2.	Arrange chicken in an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with
non-stick cooking spray. Pour juice mixture over chicken. 
3.	Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Spoon juices from pan over chicken.
Top each portion of chicken with a pineapple slice and return to the oven
for 5 minutes.
