[CnD] question on heavy cream

I can never find heavy cream, so I use whipping cream, which seems to work

the only difference between whipping cream and heavy cream is butter fat
content. whipping has 30% and heavy has 40%. you can add butter but who
wants more fat. just use what you have on hand. i don't think it will
affect the taste.
