[CnD] easy baked breakfast taquitos

The Mexican cheese blend I buy has four cheeses, but I can only recall
three of the four.  They are sharp Cheddar, Colby, and Monterey Jack.
I'm going to make this recipe tomorrow, Nancy.  Thanks for it.
