Dairy Queen MooLatte

 

Prep Time: 30 minutes

 

Cook Time: 30 minutes

 

Calories: 590

 

1 cup espresso

 

1/3 cup granulated sugar

 

3 cups ice

 

2 cups vanilla ice cream

 

¼ cup whole milk

 

Garnish

 

Canned whipped cream

 

1.       Dissolve the sugar in the espresso, and chill the espresso until
cold.

2.       Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed
until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth.

3.       Pour into 16-ounce glasses and serve with straws and whipped cream
on top.

Makes 2 16-ounce servings.

 

Tidbits:

 

To duplicate the mocha version of the MooLatte, Simple reduce the granulated
sugar in the above recipe to ¼ cup, then add ¼ cup fudge topping to the
blender before blending.

 

For the caramel version, reduce the granulated sugar to ¼ cup, then add ¼
cup caramel topping to the blender.
