You get the popcorn seeds in a jar from the grocery store and mesure out 10 cups. Then cook it in your microwave, on your stove top or in a popcorn maker.

Although I don't see how a blind person can accurately and safely do this, it sounds interesting.  Also, I don't know how much raw popcorn it would take to produce the desired amount.
