THE FIBER FACTOR
VEGETABLE STUFFING

Serves 8.

INGREDIENTS:

1 10-OZ package frozen chopped broccoli.
3 TBLS vegetable oil margarine.
1 Cup carrots, shredded.
1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped.
½ Cup chopped Onion.
1-2 Cloves garlic, minced.
1-½ Cup Quaker Oats.
¾ Cup Quaker Oats Bran cereal.
1 Egg, beaten.
1 TSP salt.
½ to 1 TSP Sage.

DIRECTIONS:
Thaw broccoli, reserving liquid, add enough water to make ½ Cup.
Heat oven to 375 Degrees. 
Coat a 1-1/2 Quart casserole dish with vegetable oil.
In a large skillet melt margarine. Sauté carrots, mushrooms, onion garlic and broccoli until tender (about 4 mins).
Next, pour vegetables into a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and reserved liquid. Mix well. Then spread into prepared casserole dish. 
Bake 25 Mins or until heated through.
