Pizza Puff (Refrigerator Crescent Rolls)

1 (10 ounce) package refrigerator crescent rolls

2 (4 ounce) packages blue cheese, crumbled (about 1 1/2 cups)

3/4 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley

1 large egg, lightly beaten

Heat oven to 425 degrees. With rolling pin on lightly floured surface, roll
out dough just to eliminate perforations and make dough 1 piece. Fold dough
in half to make 2 layers. Roll out to 12 by 10 inch rectangle. Place on
greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine blue cheese, ricotta, parsley and egg;
stir until well-mixed. When crust is ready, spoon cheese mixture over
evenly, leaving 1/2 inch border. Bake for 5 minutes longer until hot and
bubbly. Cool slightly to serve.  Mama's Corner.
