[CnD] BAKED SWEET POTATO WEDGES

BAKED SWEET POTATO WEDGES 

Serves: 4 

 

1/2 cup, plus 2 Tbsp butter 

1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon 

4 sweet potatoes scrubbed and cut lengthwise into wedges 

2 tsps salt 

2 tsps freshly ground black pepper 

 

Preheat the oven to 400F. 

 

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Remove the pot
from the heat and stir in the cinnamon. Add the potato wedges to the butter
and toss to combine. Season the potatoes with the salt and pepper. 

 

Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet. Roast the potatoes,
stirring occasionally, until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the
oven to a serving dish and serve.
