Individual Mashed Potatoes

1 to 2 medium-sized potatoes per person

3 tablespoons milk per potato

1/2 tablespoon butter per potato, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt per potato

Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Mash. While mashing potatoes, heat milk
to scalding. Then add hot milk, butter and salt to mashed potatoes, stirring
well. Place into 1 to 2 quart slow cooker a couple of hours before serving.
Set cooker to low. Stir once in a while. These will be the same as fresh
mashed potatoes.  Mama's Corner.
