Hot Chip Dip

1 pound ground beef

1 (16 ounce) can chili without beans

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Brown beef in nonstick skillet until crumbly; drain. Place in 4 quart slow
cooker and add remaining ingredients; mix together well. Cover; cook on high
for 1 1/2 hours. Turn cooker to low and serve dip with large tortilla chips.
