BUBBLE CAKE

 


1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar mixed with 2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Using a bundt pan, spray sides and bottom with oil. Place dinner rolls in
pan. Top with dry pudding. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over
pudding. Pour melted butter on top. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn out on plate. Option: Pecans may be
placed in pan first, if desired.
