1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. red wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
noodles (I like Dutch egg noodles)
garlic salt
sour cream (optional)

Brown beef. Drain excess fat. Simmer 10 minutes in wine mixed with lemon
juice, water and bouillon cubes. Then add noodles and additional water to
cover. Cook until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt and serve
with sour cream (if desired). Vary amounts of ground beef and noodles
according to number to be fed. Reheats well.
