[CnD] Crock Pot Mayonnaise Roast

Crock Pot Mayonnaise Roast


No extra liquid is needed in this recipe. The coating on the roast keeps it
extra moist and you're left with a delicious gravy to serve with the meat.

Serves six.

ready in:  over 5 hrs.



4 pounds beef roast
4 cups mayonnaise
1 packet onion soup mix


Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix in the bottom of the crock pot. 

Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the entire roast (this keeps it moist). 

Place the roast in the crock pot on the dry soup mix.

Stir the gravy that formed in the crock pot and serve alongside the roast.
